Well Katie and I ran our first official race today: the LA Marathon 5K!
We had a great time and while we participated I brought my canon TX1 (the first canon digital camera to shoot 720p HD) and shot some footage. I edited the film using Apple's latest version of iMovie. It's a fun program that allows you to do some very cheesy transitions, title sequences and the fact that it is super easy to edit helps alot as well. Granted, you loose quite a bit of control over your footage but you end up with something fun and easy.
